Style suggestions:
Knock yourself out! As long as it’s a house, you go for it! Flex your creativity and show us what
you’ve got!
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 25 Blocks
- Maximum Basement: 10 Blocks
C – Maple Valley
Theme:
Must be mixed use buildings with apartments, condos, or flats for rent

• Maximum Height: 40 Blocks
• Maximum Basement: 10 Blocks
• No one-family dwellings. These must hold multiple residences.
Commercial
All commercial zones shall have a basement limit of no more than 25 blocks below the ground.
Industrial machines are prohibited on commercial property besides Redstone lighting, Redstone
door chimes, or Redstone doors. Power sources allowed on commercial spaces: Solar panels.
L - Little Mosen
Theme:
Home to a large immigrant population. This borough has a more vibrant cultural feel than most
of the city. Bright colours, smaller buildings, unique combo of Azalean and Mosenian cultures. If
Azalea had a Chinatown, it would be in Little Mosen.
Style suggestions:
Green, colourful
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 40 Blocks Maximum
- Maximum Basement: 25 Blocks
- Mixed used. Commercial & Residential combined buildings.
M – Pembroke
Theme:
The oldest borough in Azalea. This is where the most historic buildings reside.
Style suggestions:
Grand, Historic, Old.
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 65 Blocks
- Maximum Basement: 25 Blocks
- Commercial/Offices. No residential.
N – Silverwood
Theme:
A historic area undergoing gentrification.
Style suggestions:
Older 1930’s near the top, Modern Redeveloped to the South
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 65 Blocks
- Maximum Basement: 25 Blocks
- Commercial/Offices. No residential.
O – Downtown
Theme:
Historical downtown! Think 1600s 1700s London & Parisian Boulevard buildings or like any
tourist trap alleys in most cities. Something out of a history textbook or a period drama.
Style suggestions:
Brick/Stone based buildings that are in the following styles: art deco, Romanesque, Classical, or
Gothic commercial.
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 65 Blocks
- Maximum Basement: 25 Blocks
- Commercial, Offices, Residential.
P – Layton Beach
Theme:
This beachy section of the Isles will be styled after the Riviera, with emphasis on French and
Italian, theme resort development. Very Monaco, San Tropez, Cannes. Buildings here are
suggested to carry bars, hotels, casinos, etc.
Style suggestions:
Light coloured earthy blocks, such as sandstone or undyed terracotta, that suggest a sunny,
beachy feel.
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 65 Blocks
- Maximum Basement: 25 Blocks
- Main colours not to diverge from yellow, white, brown, red, dark green, cyan.
- Recreational Commercial, Residential.
Q – Port Eleanora
Theme:
Modern, low-income, industrial adjacent. These are where the dock workers chill after a hard
night at work.
Style suggestions:
Grimy, Naval.
Build Requirements/Limitations:
- Maximum Height: 65 Blocks
- Maximum Basement: 25 Blocks
- Commercial
Specialist
V – Event Space
Builds must be handled by MEC or MUD staff. Builds should ideally be removed swiftly following
an event to allow for preparation of the next one.
W – Kendall Flats
Theme:
This is an agricultural zone. The rental plots for farms are supposed to be for small time farmers
(think family-owned farms) and the larger, for purchase plots are intended for larger scale
commercial enterprises.
Style Suggestion:
There’s a lot of ways to do farms. Whether you set up livestock pens, fields, bees/flower farms,
horse ranching, or soulless fields that are showered with enough pesticides and fertilizer to
drown the horses, the exterior of your building can take many forms as long as it remains
agriculture based.
Building Requirements/Limitations:
No buildings over 25 blocks above the ground with exceptions to buildings that look like silos or
windmills. You can be commercial with your farms, but I don’t think a tower with 3000 sqft of soil
for crops per floor can exist without collapsing.
There is no limit to the basement depth. However, the “ground” must be mostly intact. If you dig
down, there must be a “ground” level still visible from the streets. This is to prevent players from
accidentally dropping in and getting stuck or creating a sinkhole look in the farms.
For residential purposes, only single-family homes are permitted to be built on farm plots.
X - Langham Park
Builds must be handled by the Crown, or by MUD with Parliamentary and Governmental
approval.
Y – Apollo Bay
Theme:
A skyscraper-based zone for corporate buildings. Think of a modern metropolis. Canary Wharf,
Manhattan, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai.
Style suggestions:
Concrete, glass, terracotta’s. Bright white lights. 1970’s – 2020’s Modern and Stylish. No
medieval church buildings or post-apocalyptic sniper towers here.
Build Requirements/Limitations:
Height limit no more than 300 blocks from the ground.
Z - Blackburn
Theme:
You should definitely put on your face masks for this one, this is the industrial side of town.
Minetorio production lies exclusively in these plots, and the hum of machines have caused an
increase in hearing loss cases around the city.
Style Suggestions:
Factories aren’t meant to be dainty. They’re sturdy and can pack a punch (or an explosion or
two). Keep buildings well ventilated. Small windows so people can’t see the safety violations the
workers are experiencing. Blocks suggested including copper/iron blocks, bricks, that weird
radioactive looking resin stuff, etc.
Building Requirements/Limitations
No basement limitations for depth. However, the surface ground level must be mostly intact. If
you dig down, there must be a “ground” level still visible from the streets. This is to prevent
players from accidentally dropping in and getting stuck or creating a sinkhole look in the
factories.
Height limitation of no more than 50 blocks up, with exceptions of decorative elements (such as
towers for solar panels, chimneys, etc).
