Reason for Requisition:

The individual, kiwimihou, has failed to log in for 11 months and 30 days. This is cause for action under the Inactive Requisition Act, as the amount of consecutive days of inactivity is greater than 60.

The screenshots provided shows the individual has been offline for more than 60 days, and has a balance greater than $1000.

Approved Requisition
The writ of requisition is hereby granted, and the Azalean Collection Agency is authorized to collect assets from Kiwi Wheeler (kiwimihou) in accordance with the provisions set out in the Inactive Requisition Act.

The Azalean Collection Agency shall be expected to disclose this information to the impacted individual in accordance with the law. Under §5d of the Inactive Requisition Act, the government must "publish a notice that is easily and publicly accessible that provides the individual’s username, legal name, and states their balance has been requisitioned"

The granting of this requisition was made based on the evidence presented to this court and on the expectation that the provisions of the law shall be followed. The approval of this requisition does not grant the Azalean Collection Agency, or by extension the government, the ability to disregard or misrepresent any part of the Inactive Requisition Act.
