Warrant For Dino financial records

I, Robert Bruce, Prosecutor, respectfully submit this official request

for the issuance of a warrant to conduct a comprehensive investigation into all transactions and bank accounts associated with Dino.

This request is based on multiple anonymous reports indicating that Dino received a sum of $10,000 purportedly for the removal of charges. I also seek authorization to investigate all of Dino's current business activities, as I suspect he may be utilizing a private business to facilitate the transfer or concealment of illicit funds related to this matter.
It is noteworthy that Dino is known to be the leader of the Ministry of Justice, which raises additional concerns regarding his involvement and the potential misuse of authority or resources.

The purpose of this request is to uncover the truth surrounding the source and use of these funds, which appear to be connected to potentially illegal or unethical conduct. It is crucial for the integrity of this investigation that these inquiries are authorized and conducted thoroughly.

4. What are the bounds of the requested Court Order(s)? Exactly which information do you need access to? Which time-frame of records?
5. In your filing you mentioned that you "seek authorization to investigate all of Dino's current business activities".
   As an alleged employee of the Executive branch, the supervision and assignment of tasks is ordinarily the domain of your superior in the Executive or a member of the Cabinet. That being the case, what do you seek from the Judiciary? Another warrant? A court order?
6. What evidence can you provide to the court regarding the allegations against the Justice Minister, to establish probable cause? The attached screenshots of the Parliamentary hearing appear to mostly show allegations and hearsay.
