Repeal the Contempt of Parliament Act
Preamble: The Contempt of Parliament Act no longer serves a purpose. The Parliamentary Procedure Act has been amended and the New Criminal Code Act contains the crime of "Contempt of Parliament".
1. Repeal
(a) The Contempt of Parliament Act shall be repealed in full.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
