1. Repeal
(a) The Upstanding MPs Act shall be repealed in full.
(b) Nothing in this Act's repeal shall be construed to diminish or limit Parliament's inherent authority to discipline its members through motion.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
