Nopu Catenjoyer, Plaintiff

v.

Emil Emilozz, Defendant

Civil Complaint:
The Defendant has infringed on the Plaintiff's intellectual property and copyright, protected by the Establish Copyright Protections Act.

Parties:
Plaintiff - Nopu Catenjoyer
Plaintiff's Counsel - Lysander Lyon
Defendant - Emil Emilozz

Factual Allegations:
(1) The Defendant's build uses the same color scheme and build structure as the Plaintiff's, including window placement and floor structure. The builds look near-identical, with the same tuff-decorated ground floor, same white window siding, same type of quartz used externally, and same lantern decorations for the bottom floor's exterior.
(2) The Plaintiff has the right to this build, as they hold an official copyright with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and it existed as their intellectual property prior to the official registration of this copyright, pre-dating the Defendant's build.

Legal Claims:
(1) The Defendant's build is a near-identical copy of the Plaintiff's. There is no originality or independent intellectual creation involved in building a square replica and changing the flowers used, or removing flower decorations around the windows. As such, this is a violation of the Establish Copyright Protections Act, and the Plaintiff's rights under it. This is obvious by comparing the Plaintiff's build with the Defendant's directly, such as in the first two screenshots of the attached document.

Prayer for Relief:
(1) A demolition order for the build, under Section 6(a)ii(2) of the Establish Copyright Protections Act.
(2) Damages in the amount of $1,000, pursuant to the Damages Reform Act.
(3) $5,000 in additional reparations, under Section 6(a)iii of the Establish Copyright Protections Act, for the flagrance of this violation and since direct financial gain is not applicable to this case.

Verification:
I, Lysander Lyon, hereby affirm that the allegations in the complaint AND all subsequent statements made in court are true and correct to the best of the plaintiff's knowledge, information, and belief and that any falsehoods may bring the penalty of perjury.
