Ticket Policy​

1. Purpose
This will reduce the amount of lingering tickets that sit on the MUD discord for a few months, as well as enforcing the ticket guidelines. This is a problem as when a new MUD minister is appointed they are left in the dark with the ticket status and its hard to tell what information is present on a ticket

2. Serious Tickets
- Any ticket filed that does not answer the tickets format properly will automatically be closed, informing the submitter they need to follow the format properly.
- No information should ever be relied in a DM, especially when its about its paste location, build world coordinates and how the paste is going to be paid for. If it is, forward the message to the ticket so that it can be known by all parties involved.

3. Ticket Immortality
- Tickets are not immortal and they may be closed by MUD for various reasons. Any system not clearly outlined is subject to change. Any and all future MUD ministers should outline these processes' on the forums via a policy, to reduce its potential deletion.
- Any ticket that is open for 2 months without any reply is to be considered closed. MUD can inquire to its current state but it is not a requirement.
