Civil Complaint:

This civil complaint is intended to recover funds I consider to have been stolen by the Defendant.

Parties:

1. Plaintiff: jotoho
2. Defendant: Rollergang

Factual Allegations:

1. On 2026-01-04, the Defendant repeatedly stepped onto farm plot f022 without permission by jumping/glitching over the fence surrounding the property, currently rented from the Government by the Plaintiff.
2. While on f022 or in close proximity, the Defendant repeatedly murdered and stole from the Plaintiff who was on plot f022, with the stolen funds adding up to a total of $516.66

Legal Claims:

1. That the Defendant did not have a legal claim to the money stolen from the Plaintiff
2. That the Plaintiff has a legal right to the return of those funds stolen from the Plaintiff by the Defendant

An excerpt of the client log (the full file was too large for this forum to accept) and screenshots of #global-feed are attached to this civil complaint, in order to prove that the described battle(s) occurred and that the described amount of money was stolen by the Defendant.

Prayer for Relief:

The Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant the following Prayer for Relief:

1. Compensatory Damages for the funds taken by the Defendant in the sum of $516.66
2. If any court fees arise for the Plaintiff as a consequence of this trial, Special Damages in the sum of those fees.
3. Any other relief this court deems just and proper.

The Plaintiff generously refrains from requesting compensation for the loss of about 40 levels of XP, as a result of the first murder against him, as well as any potentially due compensation for the cost of gear durability and ammunition consumed as part of the repeated attacks on his person and the Plaintiff's necessary self-defense.

Verification:

I, jotoho, hereby affirm that the allegations in the complaint AND all subsequent statements made in court are true and correct to the best of the plaintiff's knowledge, information, and belief and that any falsehoods may bring the penalty of perjury.

Let it be noted, that I will represent myself for the duration of this case, and will personally notify this court in case I unexpectedly need to entrust it to another Lawyer.
