Civil Complaint:

On August 7th, 2025, the defendants (consisting of AdmiralKenko, BlogWorldExpo, and kli_20) took actions which caused great economic harm to myself.


Parties:

Plaintiff: The Honourable Jebediah Crumplesnatch
Defendant: Members of i020 (AdmiralKenko, BlogWorldExpo, and kli_20)



Factual Allegations:

- On the 7th of August, 2025, a citizen of the Isles, Nopuu, expressed concern that the pollution on her plot rendered her unable to plant potatoes.

- Upon investigation using the pollution map, they pinpointed the source of the location to be i020, the plot of the plaintiffs.

- There was, at that point, no action taken in limiting pollution by the plaintiffs.

- The outputting pollution by these individuals killed all plantlife on my personal residence, R035. In doing so, they significantly lowered the property values causing me real economic harm.


Legal Claims:

The following constitutional freedoms were violated:
1) The right to protect oneself and ones property: By causing the untold damage to my land in a way I could not protect myself against, the plaintiffs breached my right to protect my property.

Prayer for Relief:

1) An immediate injunction to stop to any pollution output on this plot.
2) $10,000 from each of the members of i020 for punitive and emotional damages for violation of constitutional freedoms and as compensation for economic damage
3) $12,500 in legal fees.

@Crumplesnatch Counsel, in your filing you have presented this matter as a case against a class group "Members of i020," while specifically naming three individuals: Admiral Kenko (AdmiralKenko), Clanker Bot (BlogWorldExpo) and Kli Astonmartin (kli_20). Before proceeding with a summons, I require clarification on two points:

1. What is the precise scope of the class identified as "Members of i020"?
2. Are the three named individuals similarly and equally involved in the alleged economic harm?

The distinction matters in cases of more than one Defendant, pursuant to the Civil Suit Reform Act. Clarifying will help the Court understand the standing presented here.
