v.
Brim Fire, Defendant
Civil Complaint:
The Plaintiff was murdered and robbed twice by the Defendant on 2026-07-20 and 2026-07-21 respectively and now seeks civil compensation for the damages incurred.
Parties:
- Plaintiff: Iturgen Bolir (jotoho)
- Defendant: Brim Fire (Brimstone12) [please see exhibit P-008, in case the /profile data fails to load]
Factual Allegations:
- The local system timezone of the Plaintiff is Europe/Berlin, for the purposes of evaluating timestamps in screenshots and logs.
- On 2026-07-20 around 10:39 PM UTC, the Plaintiff was attacked by the Defendant at the northern shore pier of the city, where Plaintiff was performing his trade as Fishmaster. This attack by the Defendant was unprovoked and resulted in the murder of the Plaintiff, the theft of $55.14 from Plaintiff and the destruction of 40 levels of experience. (P-001 & P-002)
- On 2026-07-21 around 07:46 PM UTC, the Plaintiff was attacked by the Defendant just outside the entrance to the Mines immediately upon /warp-ing in. The Plaintiff attempted to flee from the Defendant, but was unsuccessful. This attack by the Defendant was unprovoked and resulted in the murder of the Plaintiff, the theft of $56.84 from Plaintiff and the destruction of 12 levels of experience. (P-003, P-004 & P-005)
- Both of these incidents have been reported to the Ministry of Justice. (P-002, P-005 & P-006)
Legal Claims:
- Murder and Theft are crimes under the New Criminal Code Act §4.a & §4.e. While this filing is a civil lawsuit seeking compensation, not a criminal trial, the actions themselves are still unlawful and may therefore be the source of civil claims for damages incurred by the victim(s).
- Common Law and the New Criminal Code Act §4.e.ii both support the Plaintiff’s legal claim to the restitution of the funds stolen during these robberies, in the form of compensatory damages. This logic is reinforced by prior precedent in Iturgen Bolir v. Gaven Carnahan (2026) CV 01.
- As noted above, the Defendant’s murdering of the Plaintiff in these instances illegally deprived Plaintiff of 40 levels of experience in the first instance and 12 levels of experience in the second instance. This creates a legal claim to compensatory damages in the amount estimated to be necessary to purchase equivalent replacement levels (for example in the form of Experience Bottles) on the market.
Prayer for Relief:
The Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court grant the following Relief:
- Compensatory damages in the amount of $111.98 to replace the money stolen from the Plaintiff by the Defendant.
- Compensatory damages in the amount estimated by the Court to be necessary to purchase equivalent replacement levels to those destroyed by the Defendant.
- Legal damages covering the legal costs for Plaintiff’s time spent working to self-represent as a Lawyer (P-007) in this lawsuit, under the Damages Reform Act.
- Should court costs be created for the Plaintiff in the course of these legal proceedings, compensatory damages matching the amount of those costs.
Verification:
I, Iturgen Bolir, hereby affirm that the allegations in the complaint AND all subsequent statements made in court are true and correct to the best of the plaintiff's knowledge, information, and belief and that any falsehoods may bring the penalty of perjury.
