Notes: Saggwizard had a unofficial lawyer handle the inspection, they did not deny entry to the property but the lawyer told me they did not consent to a warrantless search despite and inspection not being a search. This resulted in me doing the inspection from public property as is my right according to the IRA. No monitor was accessible nor was a production monitor. So the inspection failed as i could not reach one at the edge of the property boundary from public property. Its worth noting I help saggwizard do a mock inspection and they would have passed the inspection, and they had no issue with the inspection be done originally. It is my personal belief the owner has been told false information that is making them prevent the inspection. As the lawyer is actively spreading misinformation about the IRA causing confusion for a otherwise mundane task.
