Preamble: It is important that we safeguard our history and provide a space for those who have served the Azalea Isles to provide their wisdom.
1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Elder Guidance Act”.
(b) This bill was authored by Aero Nox.
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
2. Guidance Channel
(a) All former Members of Parliament shall be granted the title of "Elder".
(b) The title of "Elder" may be removed with a two-thirds majority vote of current Members of Parliament.
(c) The "Parliament and Cabinet" Discord shall have a new channel called "elder-guidance" where all Elders, Members of Parliament, Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Journalists shall have exclusive access.
