Ministry of State Government Auditing Program
The Ministry of State will implement a comprehensive Government Auditing Program designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all ministries and Parliament. This program will provide the public with a clear and honest evaluation of government operations at the end of each month.
Program Overview
Purpose:
To audit the performance, operations, and integrity of all ministries and Parliament, ensuring that government functions meet legal, ethical, and efficiency standards.
Frequency:
- The MOS will conduct audit once a month ( 2 times per term)
Process
- the process start with an auditor reaching out to a minister and to their employee to gather infos.
- The audits will then be published and so available to the public.
- when a parliamentary audit is being done an auditor will reach out to members both from the majority and opposition to ensure to be the most transparent as possible.
- the question the Ministers will be asked are:
* What did you accomplished during this month?
* did you encountered any issue?
* what are you looking to accomplish in the remaining time of your term?
- while the employees will be asked:
* how did the ministry ran?
* how did the minister do?
