Azalea Isles, Plaintiff

v.

Vanguard National Bank, Defendant

Complaint:
The Defendant, Vanguard National Bank, has failed to supply the necessary financial reports, despite multiple reminders and warnings.

Parties:
Azalea Isles, Plaintiff
Vanguard National Bank, Defendant

Factual Allegations:
1) The Ministry of Economic Affairs requested internal financial documents from VNB & their affiliates on June 10th.
2) The Defendant was reminded on June 13th and 16th.
3) The Defendant still has failed to supply the necessary documents.
4) Transaction logs can be gathered by staff/admins through checking in-game, the other documents cannot.

Legal Claims:
1) The Ministry of Economic Affairs is empowered to request this data, and the Defendant's noncompliance is a violation.
2) This court has the power to issue a subpoena, which will enable the Government to request the transaction logs of Vanguard and its affiliate companies in-game from staff.

Prayer For Relief:
1) A court-issued subpoena granting the Government the authority to pull Vanguard National Bank’s, and its affiliates', transaction logs.

Evidence:
Exhibit A: Initial prompt and reminders

Verification:
I, Fauz Wolfe, hereby affirm that the allegations in the complaint AND all subsequent statements made in court are true and correct to the best of the plaintiff's knowledge, information, and belief and that any falsehoods may bring the penalty of perjury.

Motion For Expedited Hearing

Your Honor, given the amount of money that has been moved out of the Discover Bank (a subsidiary of VNB) corporation in-game, and the amount left, it is important for fraud concerns the Government have access to these records. The consistent financial issues, in combination with VNB’s inability to provide the requested documentation in the last ten days, indicates serious concern for the stability of the bank and of the funds consumers keep deposited.
