Case: Adjourned Azalea Isles v. Nexus Bank, MegaMinerM (2025) CV 09

Your Honor, the 48 hours have elapsed. The prosecution has been as patient with the Defense as possible; this court has offered multiple chances for the Defendant to provide an answer to our case, just as the government did for the Defendant to provide the necessary financial reports.

In addition, no such evidence has been submitted to account for the missing cash on hand from the Defendant. We are asking for you to proceed with the Default Judgment. Thank you for your time.

Default Judgement
Azalea Isles Civil Court (CR)

Case No. CV-25-09
Azalea Isles v. Nexus Bank & John Roberts (MegaMinerM)

The Court is prepared to accept the motion for default judgement as a result of the Defendant failing to provide an answer to the complaint. The Defendant has been given countless opportunities to provide a response to this case, however they have been unresponsive. While they had hired a lawyer to represent them, this lawyer has since dropped the case.

Based on the current facts presented, the Court hereby rules in favour of Azalea Isles, granting the following relief:

1. The Court hereby approves the government's request for subpoena on the companies. The Ministry of Economic Affairs shall have the permission of the Court to pull the full transaction logs from the company Nexus Bank, and any other companies owned by its CEO John Roberts (MegaMinerM) with respect to its affiliation to Nexus Bank. They are asked to report back with their findings within 60 days.
2. The Court hereby approves the government's request for subpoena on the individual. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and or Ministry of Justice shall have the permission of the Court to pull the full transaction logs from John Roberts (MegaMinerM). They are asked to report back with their findings within 60 days.
3. The Defendant, Nexus Bank, is hereby ordered to comply with the above by ensuring that the Ministry of Economic Affairs is equipped with all of the appropriate documentation and transactional history.
Be advised that a default judgement is entered based on only the facts presented in the case filing given the Defendant's inability to respond beyond the specified deadlines. The Court is hereby adjourned.
Signed,
Hon. Chief Justice Raymond West
