TO
AMEND THE NEW CRIMINAL CODE ACT


Preamble: This Act shall clarify the role of the supreme court in addressing serious crimes while ensuring minor offenses remain under the discretion of lower courts.

1. Court Reformation Act Amendments
(a) Amends the Court Reformation Act by changing Section 3(e) ""and Crimes Against the State"" to ""and Capital Offenses"

2. New Criminal Code Act Amendments
(a) Amends the new Criminal Code Act by adding to Section 3 ""Capital Offense shall be defined, for all intents and purposes, as a crime which must be indicted and ruled on in the Supreme Court.""
(b) Changes the Offense Types to Capital Offense for:
(i) Treason
(ii) Corruption
(iii) Terrorism
(iv) Gerrymandering


Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
