Preamble: The criminal code refers to crimes against the government but other laws refer to crimes against the state. This amendment is designed to make it uniform.

(a) Amends the New Criminal Code Act by changing all references from ""Crimes Against the Government"" to ""Crimes Against the State""
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
