Notes
Owners may request a different date if we are capable of rescheduling that reasonably.
Since this is the first inspection for properties make sure to have a Power Pylon & Production Monitor placed in a public area for your property. This could literally be in a wall, in an enclosed room etc. You must use /mt public true, while looking at them so that anyone may access the monitor. This is how inspectors are allowed to read data from them. This will ensure you don't get the Failure to Monitor fine. If you have tenants you are responsible for them!

(d) Failure to Monitor
(1) This crime is committed when a property does not have a public production monitor & a public power pylon on every grid within the property for a inspector to use for an inspection.

It is advised to either make your property as open as possible or to allow specific access for your inspector to the property. You can if possible be present on the property and open doors and what not for the inspector to do their inspection as well.
You can refuse entry to your property. This will result in a failed inspection though in accordance with the IRA.

Feel free to do your own mock inspection to see what your score would be.

Please make sure to reply to this post with the following information.
Do NOT include the question, ONLY include your answer.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Will you be present during the inspection?
2. Do you give the inspector permission to enter the property?
3. Do you need to reschedule your inspection date? If so what date(s) would you like? (Range is 4/21/2026 - 4/27/2026)
4.
Do you give us permission to enter the property? If you don't reply to this, we are not permitted to enter which will result in an inspection failure.
5. Do you have any specific entry instructions or details on where the production monitor or power pylon are located? (You could have an inspector only access specific rooms if you wanted to limit access.)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXAMPLE REPLY
1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Yes 4/25/2025 5pm works for me!
4. Yes, with limitations.
5. You may enter via the *staff door* I have added the planned inspector to the /trust so you should be able to open the door. A power pylon and production monitor are next to this door as well.

5. i009- can be seen from the road. i028- will make a ticket to discuss.

1. Not likely
2. Yes for both properties i020 and i027
3. No
4. Yes for both properties i020 and i027
5. i027: Production monitor accessible from road, power pylons dotted around inside the building. Please take note that my combustion generators are setup on a battery monitor and are rarely active, and most devices are connected to levers or a power breaker. i020: I am in communication with sole tenant to arrange for a public production monitor and power pylon to be placed.

While i cant give you a for sure answer right now, AgentSquid is trained to do them along with myself. I will have 2-3 more trained inspectors tomorrow. Note they will be dispatched by me. So if you have a specific one you would like you have the choice of me or agent right now. You dont actually have to give full access, though its in your best interest to have like a service room or something. You can simply place the power pylon and monitor in a wall that can be accessed from outside. Entry is necessary but in order to get an accurate score its best to develop a service room idea or simply be there with the inspector. The other soon to be trained inspectors will be jory. (Blog might be able to do the training but we are pinched on time for them.) Im willing to work something out with you to, for example if you want to push your inspection date back we can, and i can assist with a service room setup for your property that should give you the best score while protecting your privacy.

Perfect, if the tenant does not get to it, i will advice the inspector if not me to reschedule the inspection, the latest we could afford is the 26th. Thank you.

Either of you are fine, I have a marked public power pylon outside my factory as well.

4. Yes
5. Due to not having been pasted yet (MUD ticket open since beginning of March), i021 does not have a building or any minetorio/industry blocks. As such, there's nothing to inspect.

If I need to arrange for a public power pylon and production monitor despite there being literally nothing on that plot, please let me know.

- Any property with a total grid score of 25 or less across all power grids on a property automatically passes, though the inspection will still occur.
This property will be an auto pass since its grid score will be less then 25! :) So long as nothing changes up until the inspection date haha.

1. If it’s done in the evening and I’m given proper advance notice, yes.
2. The inspector already has access to my plot, so yes.
3. If 4/23 in the evening is not available, 4/24 in the evening would be an acceptable alternative.
4. Yes
5. The public access monitor and pylon is in the PortalCo room to the left. The inspector has access to my plot and so should be able to access the lower floors for industrial production.

An inspector hasnt been assigned yet, I assume you want me to do the inspection considering i have permission to enter the property already?

I’m fine with whoever, assumed it’d be you. If it’s not, then if the individual won’t be able to access to my property, the inspection needs to be at a time I’m available.

It will be me for this inspection since i am short staffed with properly trained inspectors for now.
