Allow for Mailboxes​

Preamble: This bill aims to allow the addition of mailboxes to the sidewalk area in front of a plot.

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Mailbox Act".
(b) This bill was authored by Nanicholls MP.
(c) This bill shall be enacted immediately.

2 - Definition of a Mailbox
(a) A 1x1 chest, barrel or mailbox, 1 block in front of a plot, that serves the purpose of receiving deliveries from a mail company or delivery service.

3. Implementation
(a) MUD will be expected to allow players or businesses to apply for installation of a mailbox.
(b) MUD will charge a $50 installation fee per mailbox.
(c) The player or business will be expected to provide the required block(s).
(d) This bill will go into effect immediately upon royal assent.
