What team are you interested in? (Community/Development/Build) Community
Have you ever been a staff member in another community? If so, where? Yes! When I was younger, I was a moderator on the server BeanBlockz (owned by Smallishbeans) before it was shut down. I then worked for another server called EternalEclipse for about 2 years before it was taken down due to funding. At their peaks, both had over 200 players. I have also been the moderator for many popular Discord servers with 10s of thousands of players, so I am well-versed in moderation on both platforms.
Why do you want to become a staff member for CityRP? I have really enjoyed my time on the server so far, even though it has been very little. I think I can bring not only experience but also insight on how to work efficiently. I greatly respect the current staff team and truly believe I will fit right in. As a player, I’ve seen firsthand how much effort goes into keeping the community friendly, fair, and running smoothly. I want to step up and take on that responsibility. For me, it’s not about having a staff rank or extra permissions; it’s about being someone players can rely on when they run into issues, whether that's resolving a griefing dispute, answering questions for a new player, or keeping the chat a positive space. Additionally, I really enjoy working in a team environment. I see this as a great opportunity to improve my communication and conflict-resolution skills, which I have learned a lot of with my IRL job as a hopeful Special Education teacher.
