This is the official information thread for Staff Applications at CityRP. We’re excited that you’re interested in joining our dedicated team of staff members. CityRP is a vibrant and dynamic community where players can immerse themselves in economy, politics, quests, and roleplay. Our staff team plays a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe environment for everyone.

Joining the staff team on CityRP also comes with its perks. As a staff member, you may be involved in various decisions impacting the community, and you will have the opportunity for professional growth. Many often find that staffing on servers allows them to practice their customer service and other skills, and is a great way to also make friends. At the end of the day, we're a team and you'll find that we have a friendly dynamic where every staff member is valued regardless of position.

Before you begin the application, please take a moment to read through our requirements and guidelines. We’re looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and creative individuals who are passionate about helping others and improving the server.


Expectations for a Staff Member

• Abide by the rules of the server, found here.
• Be integral and kind, respect others and set an example for other players.
• Maintain confidentiality of staff channels, especially when you have access to the personal information of others.
• Be honest in admitting mistakes where necessary, and ensure that any permissions granted in your role are used exclusively for staff purposes.

Staffing Teams
There are different roles within staff, expressed in this table:

Community	Responsible for helping players, being friendly, moderating chat, and managing tickets.
Development	Supports the team in server operations, helping address plugin issues, forum problems, and technical expertise.
Build	Assists in the development of server-related builds and planning. This includes buildings for new quests etc.

When submitting your application for staff, please use this format:

What is your full username?
What team are you interested in? (Community/Development/Build)
Have you ever been a staff member in another community? If so, where?
Why do you want to become a staff member for CityRP?
Have you ever been punished for violating a rule in CityRP?
What timezone are you in?

We also recommend attaching the contact information of players who may be able to vouch for your reliability and or responsibility as an additional reference.
