Reppal, Plaintiff (represented by the DouCo Legal Firm)
v.
Azalea Isles Police Department (AIPD), Defendant
Civil Complaint:
Corruption grips the heart of our Police Department, negligence and corruption. Where Officers within the AIPD feel they can murder honest hard working citizens with impunity, while other Officers just sit back and watch it happen. A stark and horrific violation of the right of a citizen to live their lives in peace. The ‘Mandate for the Isles’ gives a limited few rights, however we shall prove in this suit that my client’s, Reppal, rights have been violated due to the corruption of the AIPD.

Factual Allegations:
1. On 2024/05/16 my client, Reppal, was murdered twice by SimplyMadi, who is a Police Officer.
2. Reppal then reported these murders to the authorities via 911. (Evidence Article A)
3. The AIPD failed to arrest SimplyMadi despite the fact that fellow Police Officer davinho was present at the time of the murder (Evidence Article B)
4. This creates an imbalance in the law in which Police Officers are not held accountable to the Crown's Justice, as prescribed in the ‘Mandate for the Isles’.
Legal Claims:
1. During the ‘Mandate for the Isles’ the Privy Council is listed as ‘Article 2’, this implies that the ‘Sovereign Preamble’ is in fact ‘Article 1’ and states the following: “The sovereign ruler of this esteemed realm, by the grace of divine providence, hereby bestows upon their loyal subjects the gift of governance. May this Constitution serve as a beacon of justice, unity, and progress for generations to come, under the enduring sovereignty of the crown.” Article 1 implies that the first duty of the Crown is to ensure the continuation of the ‘gift of governance’ and ‘justice, unity, and progress’ as bestowed by the Crown, therefore any violation of governance, justice, unity, or progress to any Citizen would be a violation of not just the Citizenship of said Citizen but also to the sovereignty of the Crown.
2. Citizens are entitled to justice under Article 1, and the right to Citizenship for all is afforded under Article 3, thus a miscarriage of justice is a violation of the right to citizenship.
3. A failure to arrest another Police Officer by a Police Officer is a miscarriage of justice and a violation of the sovereignty of the Crown as it is a violation of Article 1 & Article 3 of the ‘Mandate of the Isles’ as it denies a Citizen their right to the ‘Gift of Governance’ and ‘Justice’.
4. The ‘Mandate for the Isles’ states that “Civil trials consist of disputes between two parties seeking compensation”, implying that a wronged party can seek a civil trial and gain compensation due to a dispute.
Prayer for Relief:
1. Punitive Damages of a minimum of $10,000 to be paid, by the Government, to Reppal, as is the minimum fine attached for Corruption under the Criminal Code, for the violation of rights done unto them.
2. The Court orders the DoJ to prosecute SimplyMadi & davinho for Corruption.
