Repeal the National Oath Act
Preamble: Given that there appears to be no desire to perform swearing-in ceremonies, repeal the relevant Act to get rid of potential associated legal tripping hazards.
1. Repeals
(a) The National Oath Act shall be repealed in full.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage and ratification.
