Repeal the Legal Legitimacy Act​

Preamble: The Legal Legitimacy Act unduly restricts citizen's access to legal counsel by limiting representation to holders of a non-permanent role, which barely serves as an identifier of an experienced lawyer. This creates barriers to justice, and limits a citizen's right to choose their own advocates. This Act must be repealed to restore citizens' right to choose their own advocates and ensure equitable access to justice.

1. Repeal
(a) The Legal Legitimacy Act shall be repealed in full.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
