Repeal the Gaming Regulation and Commission Act​

Preamble: The Azalea gaming commission has been largely unused since its inception, while the idea of a regulatory agency around gambling can be revisited in the future it is clear the MEA is unable to shoulder this burden as of this historical moment.


1. Repeal
(a) The Gaming Regulation and Commission Act shall be repealed in its entirety.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
