Preamble: The Gambling Governance Act was de facto replaced by the Gaming Regulation and Commission Act, but never properly repealed.

1. Repeals
(a) The Gambling Governance Act shall be repealed in full.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage and ratification.
