1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Property Services Act".(b) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
2. Responsibility
(a) Where not specified, the Ministry of Urban Development is responsible for the administration and enforcement of this Act.3. Driveways
(a) An entrance into a property meant for cars.(b) A property’s owner may apply for the installation of a driveway.
(i) A flat fee of $100 per driveway installation will apply.
(ii) The applicant must provide all required materials.
(iii) Driveways must be at least 3 blocks wide and at most 9 blocks wide.
(iv) An application can be denied for any reason.
4. Industrial Waste Pipeline Connection
(a) An industrial property’s owner may apply for the installation of a waste pipeline connection.(i) A flat fee of $50 per connection installation will apply.
(ii) The applicant must provide all required materials.
(iii) A plot may have no more than 2 connections.
(iv) An application can be denied for any reason.
5. Property Paste
(a) A property owner may apply to have their buildworld creation pasted onto their property.(b) A flat fee of $500 per paste installation will apply.
(c) The applicant may either:
(i) Provide all required materials; or
(ii) Pay an additional fee to have the Ministry of Economic Affairs tender for materials domestically. If the tender fails to garner any bids domestically, the materials will be imported at the applicant’s expense.
(d) An application can be denied if the buildworld creation does not meet the property’s theming restrictions.6. Repeals
(a) The Driveway/Entrances Act shall be repealed in full.(b) The Mailbox Act shall be repealed in full.
