In order to enhance transparency and provide a readily accessible database of all regulations that property owners and renters must adhere to, we have decided to post this document. This list aims to ensure that everyone involved in property management and tenancy has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and obligations.


Azalea Isles Regulations:
The following regulations apply to Azalea Isles entirely. This means that the regulations listed below are for Business, City Center, Residential, Farm, and any other plots within Azalea Isles.

1.1 Improper Farm Location
  • Creating and maintaining a farm anywhere but on a designated farm plot. A farm can be defined as an area larger than 20 blocks growing produce, and/or a collection of 2 or more: Cows, Mooshroom, Pigs, Sheep, Chickens, Horses, Donkeys, Llamas, or goats.
    • First Offense: Written warning and 14 days to comply.
    • Continued Offenses: $500 fine and eviction from violating plot(s).
  • Applicable legislation: The Farm Regulation Act
1.2 Animal Overcrowding
  • Keeping more than 40 individual animals in one chunk region.
    • First Offense: Written warning and 14 days to comply.
    • Continued Offenses: $500 fine and the confiscation of any animals involved.
  • Applicable legislation: The Farm Regulation Act
1.3 Exceeding Plot Limits
  • Owning or renting more plots than the maximum set limit.
    • First Offense for Plot Ownership: Written warning, a $500 fine, and 7 days to comply.
    • First Offense for Plot Rentals: Written warning, a $50 fine, and 7 days to comply.
    • Continued Offenses: Additional fine of 200% of the previous fine and 7 more days to comply.
  • Applicable legislation: Plot Regulation Act
1.4 Plot Inactivity
  • If an individual who owns a plot has been absent in-game for 30 consecutive days.
    • First Offense: Eviction from plot(s) owned.
  • Applicable legislation: Plot Regulation Act
1.5 Inactive Plot Development
  • If a plot has no significant progress in development:
    • After 14 days of Purchase: Written warning and notice.
    • After 30 days of purchase: Eviction from plot(s) involved.
  • Applicable legislation: Plot Regulation Act
Business Regulations:
The following regulations apply only to Business Plots. Business Plots can be identified by the letter "B" in front of the plot number.

2.1 Not Yet Applicable
City Center Regulations:

The following regulations apply only to City Center Plots. City Center Plots can be identified by the letters "CC" in front of the plot number.

3.1 Not Yet Applicable
Residential Regulations:

The following regulations apply only to Residential Plots. Residential Plots can be identified by the letter "R" in front of the plot number.

4.1 Not Yet Applicable

Farm Regulations:

The following regulations apply only to Farm Plots. Farm Plots can be identified by the letter "F" in front of the plot number.

5.1 Improper Farm Ownership
  • Owning a farm plot without being a farmer, or having at least one farmer added to the plot.
    • First Offense: Written warning and 14 days to comply.
    • Continued Offenses: $500 fine and eviction from violating farm plot(s)
  • Applicable legislation: The Farm Regulation Act

Pasting Regulations:
The following regulations apply to the pasting of buildings or blocks from the build world into Azalea Isles, or vice versa.

6.1 Pasted Block Gathering
  • Every block pasted will need an in-game equivalent block to be removed, whether provided by the building owner or gathered through the government.
    • This includes both pastes for government builds or personal builds.
