Plot Exception Act

1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Plot Exception Act".
(b) This bill was authored by Lysander Lyon.

2. Exceptions
(a) Individuals currently over the 10 plot cap will have their plot cap extended to their current plot number.
(b) Individuals with an extended plot cap may not buy more plots over their limit.
(c) If an individual with an extended plot cap sells a plot, their limit decreases to the new number of plots, and this continues until their plot cap is no longer extended and is at the normal 10 set in the Plot Regulation Act’s amended form.
(i) This means an individual with an extended plot cap of 13 would, after selling a plot, have a new plot cap of 12; they would not be able to buy a new plot.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
