Have players get a license for their business instead of just starting one. You have to apply at the Ministry of Commerce for a business.
Preamble: The purpose for this bill is to task the Ministry of Commerce on managing player businesses. Players will now have to apply to create a business.

1. MOC Responsibilities
(a) The Ministry of Commerce will be in charge of managing the player businesses
(b) The Ministry of Commerce must have a space in the forum to apply for a business.



2. Player Responsibilities
(a) You must follow the application terms that the Ministry of Commerce sets.
(b) You must use the Ministry of Commerce's template they prove.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
