DISALLOW MPS FROM COMMITTING CRIMES

Preamble: This bill will prohibit MPs from committing crimes and impose Sanctions if they do.

1. Section
(a) This bill shall be titled the No Criminal MPs Act
(b) This bill was authored by Dogan Karaca

2. Section
(a) A Member of the Azalea Isles Parliament shall not be permitted to commit any crimes like ordinary citizens.
(b) If a Member of Parliament commits more than 2 Crimes in a week, the Speaker of Parliament shall be informed by the Ministry of Justice to impose Sanctions.
(c) These Sanctions may vary from a 1 week Suspension to a 1 month suspension from Parliament.



Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
