Preamble:
It is essential that government hiring processes are conducted in a timely, transparent, and fair manner. Delayed or ignored job applications discourage civic participation and undermine public confidence in government institutions. This Act establishes clear response expectations and accountability for Ministries.
(b) This Act was authored by Anthony_org.
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
(b) A response shall consist of acceptance, rejection, or a request for additional information.
(b) Payment of the fee shall not be construed as acceptance of the application and does not relieve the Ministry of the obligation to respond.

Preamble:
It is essential that government hiring processes are conducted in a timely, transparent, and fair manner. Delayed or ignored job applications discourage civic participation and undermine public confidence in government institutions. This Act establishes clear response expectations and accountability for Ministries.
1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This Act shall be referred to as the “Government Application Response Act.”(b) This Act was authored by Anthony_org.
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
2. Application Response Requirement
(a) All Ministries of the Azalea Isles Government shall provide a response to any submitted job application within one week of receipt.(b) A response shall consist of acceptance, rejection, or a request for additional information.
3. Failure to Respond
(a) If a Ministry fails to respond to an applicant within one week of their application, the Ministry shall be required to pay the applicant a $250 fee.(b) Payment of the fee shall not be construed as acceptance of the application and does not relieve the Ministry of the obligation to respond.
4. Compensation and Payment
(a) The $250 fee shall be paid directly to the applicant.(b) Each missed response deadline shall constitute a separate violation.
5. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by the Ministry of State.(b) Continued or repeated non-compliance may be addressed by Parliament.
