Preamble: There has been an uptick in tourism and immigration, and many citizens cannot afford the prices of wild warps. This Act will make every current method of public transportation completely free.
1. Removal of Wild Islands Warp Fares
(a) Warp costs to Wild Spawn Island, Mount Tahana, and the Azalean Desert will be completely abolished.
2. Solidifying Free Bus Travel
(a) Bus fares will cost $0 permanently in the event of any future MUD policy changes.
(b) Any bus stop installation done after the passage of this bill is automatically included.
3. Supersession
(a) This overwrites any conflicting legislation passed prior to this bill.
Enactment: This Act comes into force one week upon passage.
