End Subsidization of New Citizens​

1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Financial Preservation Act".
(b) This bill was authored by Lysander Lyon.

2. Ending The Subsidy
(a) New players will no longer receive $500 from the Azalea Isles Government upon first joining the server.
(b) If a player has less than 10 hours of playtime, and has not logged in for 7 days or more, they shall have this subsidy revoked by the Azalea Isles government at the time of passage.
(i) This means their account will be charged one time for $500.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
