TO
AMEND THE NEW CRIMINAL CODE ACT

Preamble: This Act shall make the exceeded jail time converted to fines be equivalent to the cost of paying bail. It will lower the overall cost to prevent new citizens from getting into significant debt due to early mistakes.

1. New Criminal Code Act Amendments
(a) Amends the New Criminal Code Act by changing Section 12(e) ""at a rate of $150 per minute"" to ""at a rate of $1 per second"

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
