Amend Voter and Candidate Requirements​

Preamble: Raises the requirements to run for parliament/prime minister as well as for voters to ensure that those participating are active within the community

1. Voting Requirements

1. Have a cumulative playtime of at least forty eight (48) hours and a monthly playtime of at least twenty four (24) hours, excluding any hours gained in the 7 days period that ends with the closure of voting
   

2. Qualifications to Run for Parliament

1. Own or rent a property within Azalea Isles as resident
2. Be a citizen of Azalea Isles prior to the previous electoral period
3. Have a cumulative playtime of at least seven (7) days and a monthly playtime of at least twenty four (24) hours, excluding any hours gained in the 7 day period leading up to the opening of voting.
4. Be not convicted of any crimes with adjudicated punishments that disqualify them from public office in accordance with the law

3. Qualifications to Run for Prime Minister

1. Own or rent a property within Azalea Isles as resident
2. Be a citizen of Azalea Isles prior to the previous electoral period
3. have a cumulative playtime of at least ten (10) days and a monthly playtime of at least forty eight (48) hours, excluding any hours gained in the 7 day period leading up to the closure of voting.
4. Be not convicted of any crimes with adjudicated punishments that disqualify them from public office in accordance with the law

4. Enactment
This amendment will be enacted following passage and a successful referendum.
