(1) Purpose
(a) Repeal the Electoral Crimes and Registration Act, Repeal and fix the flawed criminal code, and implement a clear misdemeanor and felony system.

(1) Purpose
(a) Repeal the Electoral Crimes and Registration Act, Repeal and fix the flawed criminal code, and implement a clear misdemeanor and felony system.
(2) Repeal
(a) The Criminal Code and Electoral Crimes and Registration Acts shall be repealed in their entirety.
Electoral Offenses
- Misrepresentation
- Illegal to claim affiliation with a political party without their explicit approval or knowledge.
Punishment: Minimum of $250 fine at the judgment of the courts.
- Illegal to claim affiliation with a political party without their explicit approval or knowledge.
- Coercive Behavior
- Illegal to use blackmail, threats, or excessive pressure to coerce citizens into voting a certain way. Messaging citizens to request their vote is allowed if done without undue pressure.
Punishment:Minimum of $500 fine at the judgment of the courts.

- Illegal to vote on behalf of another individual or to attempt to vote more than once in the same election.

- Illegal to threaten someone or cause fear of harm using a weapon.
