Preamble: Criminals have been abusing the contest system to escape the police. An amendment to how contest work will close this loophole and allow police officers do their job.
1. Short Title and Authorship
(a) This may be referred to as the "The Contest Fix Amendment".
(b) This amendment act was written by Robi Safran D'Azalea.
2. Amendment
(a) Section 13(a)(ii) of the NCCA shall be amended as follows
Suspects have24 hours 5 minutes, from the time they open their ticket to contest, to provide their refutation of the charges against them, including any evidence or proof that supports the argument they make
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
