Criminal Complaint:

The Crown of Azalea Isles brings this complaint against Wolfy McTrouble for the alleged destruction of private property endangering the lives of citizens by blowing down a straw house on the night of May 23rd. The defendant is accused of trespassing and assault, and was apprehended shortly after the incident after unsuccessfully trying to blow down a brick house

Factual Allegations:
On the night of May 23rd, at approximately 10:30 PM, defendant was seen approaching and subsequently blowing down a house constructed of straw and sticks, respectively, causing significant property damage. While destroying this house, the victim of the crime, Bacon Bill, was inside fearing for his life. After blowing down Bacon Bill's house, the defendant went to the brick house of Hamlet Hogsworth, but was unsuccessful in trying to destroy it. Officer Declan Smith received a call to the scene by Ms. Red Riding Hood, who witnessed the entire series of events unfold. The defendant attempted to flee from the scene, but was caught by police at the mines at around 11:45 PM. When interrogated, the defendant refused to cooperate with police and asked for a lawyer.

Legal Claims:
1. The Defendant, Wolfy McTrouble, committed the crime of Assault under §1.2 of the Criminal Code, whereby the life of Bacon Bill was threatened.
2. The Defendant, Wolfy McTrouble, committed the crime of Trespassing under §1.2 of the Criminal Code, whereby he unlawfully entered the properties of Bacon Bill and Hamlet Hogsworth.
3. The Defendant, Wolfy McTrouble, committed the crime of Resisting Arrest under §1.7 of the Criminal Code, whereby he failed to follow the lawful orders of a police officer, instead choosing to flee the scene of the crime.
4. The Defendant, Wolfy McTrouble, is liable for property damage caused by destroying the home of Bacon Bill.

Prayer for Relief:
1. Fine of $50 dollars and 5 minutes of jail for the assault.
2. Fine of $50 dollars and 5 minutes of jail for the trespassing.
3. Fine of $50 for resisting arrest and fleeing the scene of the crime.
4. Restitution (victim damages) of $1500 paid to Bacon Bill for the destruction of his home.
