Daniel Spezi, Defendant
Criminal Complaint:
The Defendant, Daniel Spezi, is charged with Terrorism (3x).
Defendant levied multiple threats towards the government in an attempt to intimidate or coerce government employees to not arrest, fine, or otherwise penalize their actions.
Defendant rented multiple properties and assembled reactors in such a way as to intentionally leak radiation, creating long-term harms.
Defendant continued to make threats, as well as affirm they had ‘nuked’ people prior.
Parties:
Factual Allegations:
1. From May 31st, 2026 to June 29th, 2026, the Minister of Justice was PhoenixFlamesong
2. On May 21st, 2026 the Defendant said “but i need to cause a nuclear melt down next to the justice ministers home” (P-008)
3. On June 4th, 2026, the Defendant was charged with one count of contempt of court by Judge johoto in Biscuit Cookie V. Azalea Isles CV27 (2026)
4. On June 21st, 2026, the Defendant said to, at the time justice minister, PhoenixFlamesong “i f you arrest me i will commit nuclear terrorism” and proceeded to show they had 3 nuclear reactors, 3 power pylons, and 10 uranium fuel cells.
5. The Defendant rented the plot b002-third-floor before refunding their purchase shortly after. (P-011
6. The then Minister of Justice, PhoenixFlamesong owned/rented B003-forth-floor, located near the b002-third-floor at the time of allegation (P-012)
7. Shortly after the Defendant rented and proceeded to refund their renting of b002-third-floor, radiation leaks were found in the area.
8. These leaks were caused by the defendant.
9. These leaks were artificially created with malicious intent.
10. The Defendant used these leaks to attack PhoenixFlamesong in retaliation against their arrest for Contempt of Court. (P-007 & P-008)
11. The Defendant used these leaks to attack PhoenixFlamesong in an attempt to coerce them into ceasing further arrests. (P-007 & P-008)

Under the New Criminal Code Act:
1) We seek a GUILTY verdict for the defendant on one count of Terrorism, with a recommended sentencing of the maximum penalty of 45 minutes of jail time & $15,000 fine for the construction and meltdown of the reactor at b-002-third-floor
2) We seek a GUILTY verdict for the defendant on two counts of Terrorism, with a recommended sentencing of the maximum penalty of 90 minutes of jail time & $30,000 fine for the violent threats against PhoenixFlamesong in an attempt to coerce the government.

Legal Claims:
- The Defendant threatened to use violence against the civilian, PhoenixFlamesong directly in an attempt to coerce the government (MoJ in specific) twice against arresting him by saying “but i need to cause a nuclear melt down next to the justice ministers home” and “i f you arrest me i will commit nuclear terrorism”
- As such, the Defendant committed 2 counts of Terrorism under the New Criminal Code Act, Section 6, Part L, Part iii, 3. “A person commits an offense if the person: (3) threatens use of violence, directly or indirectly, against civilians, noncombatants, or property to intimidate or coerce governments, populations, or organizations”
- The Defendant unlawfully used violence against the civilian PhoenixFlamesong directly in an attempt to coerce the government (MoJ in specific) once against arresting him by causing a radiation leak on b-002-third-floor.
- As such, the Defendant committed 1 count of Terrorism under the New Criminal Code Act, Section 6, Part L, Part iii, 2. “A person commits an offense if the person: (2) unlawfully uses violence, directly or indirectly, against civilians, noncombatants, or property, to intimidate or coerce governments, populations, or organizations”
