Ammend the Governing Structure Act​

Preamble: This Bill seeks to expand and clarify the duties of the Ministry of Justice and grants greater freedom to develop the Azalean legal state by loosening the boundaries set by the Governing Structure Act.

1. Changes in the Governing Structure
a) Section 8a i of the Governing Structure Act shall be amended by expanding it to Operating the police department and proscecutor's office.

b) Section 8a iv of the Governing Structure Act shall be amended, removing Managing and maintaining the Azalea Isles Criminal Code. and exchanging it with Managing and maintaining the regulations within the criminal law , including the updating and developing of the Criminal Code, as well as creating and developing new codes in accordance with parliamentary approval.


Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
