Amend the Production on Plots Act​

Preamble: Currently, the Production on Plots Act only allows Farmers to rent farming plots, despite Foresters also needing a place to plant and harvest trees. This amendment formally legalizes farm plot tenancy by Foresters.

1. Proposed Amendment:

4. Farm Plots
(a) Farm plots shall be defined as any plots beginning with the letter "F."
(b) Only citizens with a Farmer degree or companies owned at least 25% by a Farmer degree holder may rent or purchase farm plots.
(b) Only citizens with a Farmer or Forester degree or companies owned at least 25% by Farmer or Forester degree holder(s) may rent or purchase farm plots. ​

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage and ratification.
