Make sure people don’t unlawfully interpret Government officials
1- Preamble: no one should be allowed to falsely claim to be any government official
2- Definitions:
(a) government officials: every person employed by the government of the Azalea Isles.
3- amendments
(a) section h of the new criminal code act shall be amended as follows:
(h) Impersonation of a Police Officer government official
(i) Offense Type : Felony
(ii) Penalty : 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) falsely represents themselves as a law enforcement officer, government official or claims to have police government official’s authority, in order to gain compliance, information, access, money, property, or any other benefit; or
(2) uses police government officials powers without lawful authority, including conducting searches, detaining persons, issuing punishments, or ordering citizens to follow directives under the appearance of official enforcement government officials.
4- Enactment:
This bill shall come into force immediately upon passage and ratification by the crown.
