Designate Certain Items as Prohibited Items Within the Azalea Isles.​

Preamble:
In order to promote public safety, Parliament finds it necessary to prohibit the possession of prohibited items.

1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This Act shall be referred to as the “Amendment to the Criminal Code Foundation Act”
(b) This Act was authored by Anthony Org.
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.

2. Amendments
Section 8. Use of Illicit Items of the Criminal Code Foundation Act shall be defined as:

(c) Possession of Prohibited Items
(i) "Possession of Prohibited Items" shall be defined as the possession of prohibited items as defined in the Prohibited Items Designation Act
(ii) This offense shall be punishable by 10 minutes jail time; $100 fine; confiscation of prohibited items
