Affordable Travel Act
Preamble: Currently, the buses around the city are underutilized. Increasing public transit usage in a time where there are record high numbers of deaths involving car accidents and plots are being zoned/sold further away from spawn would increase exposure to different parts of the city.

1. Maximum Fares
(a) No bus in the city shall cost more than $5 each trip for citizens of the Azalea Isles.

Enactment: This Act comes into effect 7 days upon passage.
