To empower the Ministry of Urban Development with the authority to adjust land pricing within Azalea Isles to reflect evolving property values.
Preamble: The purpose of this bill is to task the Ministry of Urban Development with the responsibility and authority to adjust the pricing of designated plot regions within Azalea Isles to align with the dynamic value of land and property across the nation.


1 Definitions
(a) Property: Any plot regions, except subregions created by property owners or landlords, within the nation of Azalea Isles.

2 Powers Granted to the Ministry of Urban Development
(a) The Ministry of Urban Development is granted the power to create new plots of land within Azalea Isles.
(b) The Ministry of Urban Development is granted the power to adjust the prices of any current plots of land within Azalea Isles.
(c) The Ministry of Urban Development is granted the power to decide the price of any plots of land that the ministry creates within Azalea Isles. However, it is recommended that collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce on plot pricing is done.
(d) The above powers shall be subject to The Crown’s approval of each change or creation to the property of Azalea Isles.

3 Compliance with Crown Decisions
(a) Should The Crown request price changes or plot creations, the Ministry of Urban Development must comply with such requests.

4 Parliamentary Oversight
(a) The Queen's Parliament may convene to request the adjustment of current plot prices and/or the creation of new plots within Azalea Isles from the Ministry of Urban Development.
(b) This request must be initiated through a successful motion to create a parliamentary committee tasked with such responsibilities.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
