Plans for payment: I'll use the money to buy the plot, which will use all of the grant, then build a huge awesome house for living in
Agreement: "I, TemmieDaDog, agree that the money can only be used for the purchase of the designated plot. I will obtain ownership of the plot within 7 days of being given the money and understand that failure to do so will lead to the money being taken away from me."
