Make all Ministries respond sooner, so that nobody get's upset.
Preamble: The purpose for this bill is to make sure that all Ministries respond to applications in no more than a week's time.
1. Application Requirements
(a) Each Ministry is required to respond to any sort of application in a week or less.
2. Player Responsibilities
(a) If a Minister does not respond to a bill in the required time, the Ministry will get fine $1000.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
