TO Allow certain industrial items on Residential Properties
Preamble: Although limits must be set for industrial items used on R-Plots, a blanket ban is too far. This Amendment aims to put the restrictions in the hands of MUD policy instead of a blanket ban.
1. Short Title
(a) This amendment shall be referred to as the Residential Regulation Rights Amendment
2. Amendment
(a) Section 10 of the Integrated Property Regulation Act shall be amended as follows:
(i) (a) Industrial machinery is prohibited on “R” plots.
(ii) (a) Machinery that generates pollution or radiation, as well as production items is prohibited on "R" plots.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
