Amend the Government Reporting Act
Preamble:
The Open Governance Act, which was passed by Parliament on November 7th 2025 and received royal assent on January 20th 2026, introduced a requirement for public monthly Ministry audits. As such, the de facto superseded Ministerial Reports to Parliament from the Government Reporting Act should be officially repealed.
1. Repeals
(a) Section 3 "Ministerial Reports" of the Government Reporting Act shall be repealed.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage and ratification.
